Earlier in the week on the 3rd of November, 2025, the VGADA CEO, Dr Hope Omeiza, received an Award of Outstanding Service and a Certificate of Recognition and Appreciation from the Nigerian Association of Clinical Psychologists (NACP).
The award was presented by Mr. Ogwuche Samson, a clinical psychologist and VGADA representative at the just concluded NACP event.
While he appreciated the NACP, he stated that this is a toast to do more in advancing mental health promotion and drug abuse prevention in Nigeria.”
